1. Who runs this site

2. What the site is for

The site describes the work of an organ-building workshop — new pipe organs, the restoration of historic instruments, and the people behind them. It is not a shop; no contract of sale can be concluded through it.

All content on this site — text, photographs, drawings, plans, sound recordings, video, the logo and the name Dielňa BIES — is protected by copyright and belongs to the workshop or its partners. It may not be copied, distributed, altered or used commercially without our prior written consent.

In particular, photographs of the instruments, the sound recordings, and the workshop's name and logo may not be used in advertising, in a political campaign, or to promote a third party — not even where the instrument in question is one we built for that church.

Short quotations that credit the source and link to dielnabies.sk are welcome.

4. Accuracy

We keep the content current and truthful, but stop lists, completion years and technical details are given for information only. What binds us is always the terms of the specific commissioning contract.

5. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party content (YouTube videos, for example). We are not responsible for that content or for those sites' privacy practices.

The form is for genuine enquiries. We reserve the right not to reply to spam, abusive messages, or automated submissions. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
