What data we process

We process only the data you send us through the contact form — your name, e-mail address and the text of your message. It serves solely to allow us to reply. We collect no other personal data.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no tracking cookies, no Google Analytics and no third-party profiling tools. We use only our own, cookieless and anonymous visit statistics; the IP address is merely one-way hashed and not stored.

Videos

YouTube videos load only after you click them (the youtube-nocookie enhanced-privacy mode). Until then there is no communication with Google's servers.

Form protection

The contact form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. When it loads, your IP address and basic technical details about your browser are sent to Cloudflare, which uses them to judge whether you are a bot. Turnstile sets no tracking cookies and does not use your data for advertising or profiling. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.

Retention period

We keep form messages only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, then delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port your data, and the right to object. You can exercise them by e-mail at dielnabies@dielnabies.sk. If you have concerns about the processing, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
